1. Shipping Coverage
STYLON currently delivers across Pakistan.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation or payment verification.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on Advance Payment orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
For COD orders, shipping charges must be paid in advance before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you via WhatsApp (where available).
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact number.
STYLON is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to an error by STYLON:
STYLON will cover all shipping costs.
The product will be replaced at no additional cost.
A complimentary gift will also be included as an apology.
If preferred, the customer may request a full refund instead of a replacement.
